COPINSA installs the VMES4.0 control platform of VOLTEC on its plant in Altorricón (Huesca).
The company, with more than 25 years of experience in the sector, is specialised in milling and manufacturing compound feed, although it also has livestock and agricultural integrations.
This action includes the replacement of the existing control system and the total re-engineering of the factory control system, which will be carried out in phases with the aim of affecting the factory’s production as little as possible.
VOLTEC has been the supplier of the new control system VMES4.0. This new system will fully regulate all production activity and will be linked to the ERP system responsible for the company’s management and administration process in order to integrate both systems.
With this implementation, COPINSA intends to improve the efficiency of the plant, as well as to adapt to the new challenges of the sector in the manufacture of compound feeds through a versatile, flexible and suitable factory control software to the most demanding standards of the Industry 4.0.
