This robotic application palletizes the spinning bobbins thanks to the double gripper head of the robotic arm.
The bobbin trolleys are manually introduced into the trolley loading area and transported by conveyor belt to a rotary table, where they are picked up for palletizing. The application also has a conveyor belt for empty trolleys and a separator feeding area. Finally, the pallet, once finished, leaves through a roller conveyor to the manual collection area for storage.
This application stands out for the precision in the execution of the task, since the reels are perfectly fitted in the holes of the separators, with a minimum margin of error.
