VOLTEC Electro Sistemes, S.L. has successfully completed a new installation of the SDF system factory MAZANA PIENSOS COMPUESTOS, S.L. located in the town of Capella (Huesca). Voltec has renovated and enlarged the production process without stopping Mazama Compound Feed Factory activity and respecting the needs of existing production.
Voltec has performed consulting and engineering automation, new wiring low and medium tension, new electrical control panels and power as well as the implementation of the control system using the SDF (System Dosage and Formulation).
The new SDF implemented, it passes completely regulate all activity productive and responsible links with the ERP system management process and management of the company, in order to integrate the two systems.
UNIFICATION OF PRODUCTION DATA Implementation of the SDF will allow the unification of all production data in a single database and updating these in real time, this will know instantly and Reliable: The stocks of raw materials and finished product, productivity, the status of production orders and orders, traceability, etc.
The knowledge and the availability of all this information in real time, It allows us to plan and make decisions contrasted in minimum time, which otherwise would be virtually impossible (purchase orders for raw materials, manufacturing orders, changes in manufacturing formulas, etc.).
