Voltec Electrosistemes, S.L. has successfully completed the implementation of its system SDF Integra Feed factory in Segre, SA, located in the Tarragona town of Vilallonga del Camp.
The engineering company Voltec Electrosistemes from Lleida, SL, has made the production process reengineering of the Piensos del Segre factory, and has done without stopping the activity and respecting the needs of existing production.
The work consisted in consulting and engineering automation, replacing the wiring of power and control, the installation of new electrical control panels and power as well as the establishment of the control system using the SDF Integra . The new implemented system goes completely regulate all productive activity, and is linked to the ERP system responsible management process and company management Axapta® of Microsoft, in order to integrate the two systems.
