VOLTEC, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation on the protection of personal data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (RGPD) on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of these, Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) and Law 34/2002, (LSSICE), has implemented all security measures, technical and organizational, established in Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December (which develops the LOPD) to ensure and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data processed.

VOLTEC guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the RGPD and the LOPD to protect the rights and freedoms of the persons concerned.

Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, as the case may be, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

In accordance with the LSSICE, VOLTEC does not carry out SPAM practices, therefore, it does not send commercial e-mails that have not been previously authorised by the affected party or that result from having contracted some service. Consequently, in any of the forms that may appear on this website and other platforms, the user has the possibility of giving their express consent to receive information from VOLTEC, regardless of the commercial information punctually requested.
LEGISLATION
In general, the relations between VOLTEC and the users of any of its telematic services are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction to which the parties expressly submit, and the Courts and Tribunals of Lleida are competent to resolve all conflicts arising from or related to their use.
